This training block is aimed at 13-18’s (rising 7th-12th graders) seeking intense technical and combination training in the various disciplines.
This is the combination part - will will combine positions that work with each other - IE Middles with Setters. The last 30-45 min will emphasize using those skills in their positions to work on the combination aspects of the entire game.
Our top coaches (Gabe, Scott Cioffari, Boba, Angel, Helen, LA, and Bob amongst others) are featured in these classes. The presentation of instruction, repetition, and combination work will be one of the most beneficial things your athlete can do to grow in the game.
Athletes will be organized in the work by skill set, experience, and athleticism leading to strongly focused attention to each athlete’s needs.
