Steve Wilcosky is a veteran coach with over 20 years of coaching experience. Over his career he has trained athletes at every level from beginners to Olympians.
Wilcosky was introduced to volleyball at the age of 12 where he began playing in his hometown of Miami, FL. As a dual sport athlete, Wilcosky went on to play club volleyball and DIII football at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. During this time Wilcosky began his coaching career with Piedmont VC. This is what set the course in motion for a career in volleyball.
Some of Wilcosky’s highlights include top 3 finish in 17 Open, NCAA DII Southeast Region Coach of the Year, NCAA DII Elite Eight, AVCA NAIA Southeast coach Mike f the year, the Womens and Men’s volleyball programs at Life University.
Wilcosky current role with A5 is as the Director of A5 Tournaments, A5 Regional Teams Director and the Facilities Director for A5 Gwinnett.
